Learning Bowenwork is an exciting hands-on opportunity, and is contributing to a paradigm shift of health and wellness that is world-wide. Bowenwork is a form of bodywork that is different in its movements and philosophy. In this form of bodywork the “hands” become the tools, and the very specific moves can be applied anywhere at any time. Tom Bowen’s favorite phrase was “less is more” and this idea is the basis for this dynamic form of bodywork.
