I love Bowenwork because it addresses the whole body to self-heal. It works physically, emotionally and energetically. The touch of Bowenwork begins a series of responses and the body initiates a restorative response on all levels. It is so incredibly gentle for everyone. It is indeed an amazing wellness approach to healing the body.
