I discovered Bowenwork in 2014. I was amazed with the gentle, yet profoundly effective, technique. Bowenwork provides a space for tissue to reset and lets the body heal itself. The subtle moves can be used on anyone of any age or physical health.
I enjoy sharing my experience and teaching others how to help themselves and, in turn, help more people.
