What Karen loves most about Bowen is its gentle, non-invasive effectiveness, as well as how gentle the work is for the practitioner. The subtle moves produce results which unfold over time often allowing the client to completely forget that he/she was ever experiencing pain. And, the profound sense of deep relaxation creates space for the body to recharge, balance and heal.
Karen has been involved in teaching for over 30 years. Watching students, both adults and children, acquire and integrate skills which then allow them to lead more fulfilling and creative lives is incredibly rewarding. She is looking forward to offering “Healing in Your Hands” to individuals and families supporting their pursuit of holistic wellness.
