Amanda is amazed each time she works on a client how powerful the light touch of Bowenwork can be in bettering people’s lives. The ability for the technique to help not only muculo-skeletal issues but at the same time help initiate the balancing of other systems in the body still surprises her each time.
She appreciates that, with Bowenwork, she can help other people in a gentle and non-invasive way, particularly with chronic conditions that don’t seem to resolve with other modalities.
Empowering others to take control of their health and well being is important to Amanda in her daily work practice and teaching the introductory class is an extension of this. Seeing the delight and surprise of those who are new to Bowenwork come to the understanding of how profound the work can be continues to bring joy to her heart.
